Our Story

We are a committed team of professionals often recommended by the best architects, landscape designers and pool builders in the Kansas City area for both residential projects and commercial developments. Our masonry team is full of skilled craftsmen who enjoy the opportunity to work on every type of project – from smaller retaining walls to the most exclusive jobs in the region. Nature’s Touch was founded in 2002 by mason Joel Tiffany. He met Blake Watson, the former owner of a construction company in 2007. From there, the two combined their strengths and passion for small business and hardscape design.

The duo are the yin and yang of Nature’s Touch; Blake managing most business operations and Joel overseeing artistry design in the field. They have 25 years of business experience between them and have developed a team that enjoys taking innovative design to the next step. This brotherhood of masons would tell you that they each have their own master skill set, but we will tell you they are each able to manage any masonry task asked of them. From pool coping and custom cuts to block and brick, each member contributes an individual, valuable talent. Based in Kansas City, Missouri, Nature’s Touch recently purchased land in Kansas City, Kansas with plans for future development and a place to call home.

Our Mission

We’ve built our company relying on 3 philosophies to ensure that we exceed homeowner expectations.

  1. We create a turnkey environment for the homeowner, so that you have a flawless installation and pleasurable experience developing the project from design to finish. We take great pride in our work; we want you to take great pride in your property.
  2. We always push the envelope when it comes to artistry in design. Stonework plays a central role in mountain architecture; it is one of the most aesthetically fascinating and durable building materials. Cut by cut, we make sure that each and every masonry project will be admired for generations to come.
  3. Our mess won’t be your mess. We leave the job site every day cleaner than we found it. Masonry work is messy work, but we want to make sure your mind is at ease by keeping your environment as clean as possible.
